MAIN ROTOR BLADES CONTACTED A WIND MACHINE DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION FLT. HELICOPTER SETTLED INTO TREES AND ROLLED OVER. PLT SAID HE KNEW THE MACHINE WAS THERE BUT HAD FORGOTTEN.
