Narrative:AS THE STUDENT PLT WAS FLARING TO LAND, THE ACFT BALLOONED & SUBSEQUENTLY ENTERED A PORPOISE. HE ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A GO-AROUND, BUT THE ACFT STRUCK THE GROUND WHEN IT LOST ALTITUDE AFTER THE STUDENT RETRACTED THE FLAPS.
