Narrative:THE PLT STATED THAT HE WAS ATTEMPTING A LANDING, WITH A LEFT QUARTERING CROSSWIND, IN WATER MADE ROUGH BY HEAVY BOAT ACTIVITY. THE LEFT FLOAT DUG INTO THE WATER AND THE ACFT SANK INTO FOUR FEET OF WATER.
