Narrative:DURING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS THE BALLOON ENCOUNTERED INCREASED WINDS. THE BALLOON TOUCHED DOWN HARD TILTING THE BASKET ONTO ITS SIDE. A PASSENGERS ARM BECAME CAUGHT BETWEEN THE BASKET AND THE GROUND.
