Narrative:THE PLT GOT OUT OF THE ACFT TO CHECK THE STARTER SOLENOID BY TURNING THE PROPELLER. HE LEFT THE MAGS ON AND THE BRAKES OFF. WHEN THE PROP WAS TURNED THE ACFT STARTED AND COLLIDED WITH A PARKED ACFT.
