Narrative:THE ACFT LANDED WITH THE GEAR RETRACTED. THE PLT REPORTED THAT 'DUE TO MODERATE LOW LEVEL TURBULENCE, THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE DID NOT REACH THE FULL DOWN POSITION.' HE STATED THAT HIS PASSENGER WAS SICK DUE TO TURBULENCE.
