Narrative:THE ENG QUIT DURING TAKEOFF. THE PLT STATED THE FUEL SELECTOR WAS INITIALLY ON THE LEFT TANK WHICH WAS FOUND EMPTY. THE RIGHT TANK WAS 1/8/ FULL.
