Narrative:AFTER RETURNING FROM A FLT, THE HELICOPTER WAS SHUTDOWN & REFUELED, THEN IT WAS MOVED TO A DOLLY. DURING THE MOVING OPERATION, THE LEFT 'SHOE' SLIPPED OFF THE PLATFORM & THE HELICOPTER ROCKED BACK & DAMAGED THE TAIL ROTOR AREA.
