ON THE 3RD APPROACH A TOUCHDOWN WAS MADE ABOUT 1/2 WAY DOWN THE 2500 FT RWY. THE PILOT THOUGHT SHE COULD STOP SO SHE RETRACTED THE FLAPS AND USED THE BRAKES.
