Narrative:THE PLT REPORTED THAT THE ENG LOST POWER DURING FLT DUE TO CARBURETOR ICE. HE APPLIED CARBURETOR HEAT, BUT THE ENG WOULD NOT RESTART. DURING A FORCED LANDING, THE ACFT ENCOUNTER ROUGH/UNEVEN TERRAIN & SUBSEQUENTLY NOSED OVER.
