Narrative:ACCORDING TO THE OPERATOR, THE PLT WAS PRACTICING TOUCH & GO LANDINGS. DURING A LANDING, THE ACFT GROUND LOOPED & THE LEFT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER STRUCK A VASI LIGHT. THE PLT REPORTED THAT HE HAD 4.2 HRS IN THIS MAKE & MODEL.
