Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT HE FELT THE ENGINE DID NOT DEVELOP FULL POWER DURING TAKEOFF, POSSIBLY DUE TO FORMATION OF CARBURETOR ICE DURING RAIN SHOWERS. INSTEAD OF ABORTING, HE CONTINUED AND THE ACFT STRUCK TREES ON THE DEPARTURE.
