Narrative:THE CFI NOTICED THE ACFT WAS NOT CLIMBING & THE AIRSPEED WAS NOT INCREASING. HE TOOK CONTROL OF THE ACFT & LANDED IN A BEAN FIELD. HE LATER STATED THAT THE FLAPS WERE NOT RETRACTED BY THE STUDENT AFTER TAKEOFF.
