Narrative:THE PLT REPORTED THAT DURING THE LANDING, THE ACFT BOUNCED TWICE, THEN ON THE 3RD TOUCHDOWN, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. AN INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE ACFT WAS LOADED BEYOND ITS MAX LIMITED BY AN ESTIMATED 246 LBS.
