Narrative:THE PLT WAS STEP TAXIING ON THE INTRACOASTAL CANAL WHEN HE ATTEMPTED A RIGHT TURN. THIS RESULTED IN A LEFT REAR CROSSWIND WHICH RESULTED IN THE LEFT WING TO STRIKING A TREE ON THE CANAL BANK.
