Narrative:THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH ANOTHER PARKED AND UNOCCUPIED ACFT WHILE PARKING. THE TAIL OF THE MOVING BEECHCRAFT WAS DAMAGED SUBSTANTIALLY. DAMAGE TO THE PARKED ACFT WAS MINOR. THE WEATHER WAS VMC BUT A LIGHT RAIN WAS FALLING.
