Narrative:THE BALLOON MADE A HARD LANDING AND EJECTED THE PILOT AND PASSENGER. THE LANDING WAS MADE IN A SCHOOL PARKING LOT. AFTERDROPPING THE OCCUPANTS THE BALLOON CONTACTED POWER LINES WITH THE ENVELOPE. THE OCCURANTS WERE NOT INJURED.
