Narrative:THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE AIRCRAFT HAD A POWER LOSS DURING TAKEOFF AND NOSED OVER IN SNOW DURING A FORCED LANDING. THEOAT WAS 21 DEGREES. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF A MECHANICAL MALFUNCTION DURING A POST ACCIDENT EXAMINATION.
