Narrative:THE STUDENT PILOT ON HER 2ND SOLO FLIGHT FAILED TO FLARE DURING LANDING. A HARD LANDING AND IMPROPER RECOVERY FROM BOUNCED LANDING FOLLOWED. THE AIRCRAFT LEFT THE RUNWAY AND NOSED OVER.
