Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT WHILE PRACTICING TOUCH-AND-GO LANDINGS HE ENCOUNTERED TURBULENCE DURING A TOUCHDOWN. WHEN HE ABORTED THE TAKEOFF SEGMENT THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY AND THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED.
