Narrative:DURING AN APPROACH TO LAND ON THE LOWER PLATFORM OF AN OIL RIG, THE PILOT FAILED TO SEE AND AVOID GUY WIRES WHICH OBSTRUCTED THE APPROACH. AFTER CONTACTING THE WIRES, THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED UPRIGHT ON THE PLATFORM.
