Narrative:THE ACCIDENT OCCURED WHEN THE PILOT WAS ON HIS FINAL APPROACH TO LAND. THE PILOT INADVERTENTLY TOUCHED DOWN 100 FEET SHORT OF THE RUNWAY THRESHOLD AND DURING THE SUBSEQUENT LANDING ROLL THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT.
