Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT DURING LIFT-OFF HE WAS DISTRACTED BY PERSONS ON THE GROUND WAVING THEIR ARMS. THE AIRCRAFT DRIFTED TO THE LEFT AND CONTACTED A TREE AFTER WHICH THE PILOT LANDED THE AIRCRAFT AND IT ROLLED OVER.
