Narrative:THE PILOT WAS POSITIONING THE AIRCRAFT FOR REFUELING WHEN THE MAIN ROTOR CONTACTED THE FUEL METER. THERE WAS SUBSTANTIALDAMAGE TO THE HELICOPTER AND MINOR INJURIES TO THE CHEMICAL LOADER.
