Narrative:AFTER LANDING THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO TAXI THE AIRCRAFT BACK TO THE RAMP AREA IN HEAVY RAIN AND REDUCED VISIBILITY. THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND STRUCK TWO RUNWAY LIGHTS.
