Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A DUST DEVIL SHORTLY AFTER TOUCHDOWN DURING A LANDING ON AN UNIMPROVED AREA. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE DUST DEVIL MOVED THE AIRCRAFT TO THE RIGHT AND INTO A DITCH.
