Narrative:THE PILOT WAS PERFORMING A LOW, SLOW PASS TO MAKE A BEAN BAG DROP ON A TAXIWAY TARGET WHEN HE LOST CONTROL, COLLIDED WITH A DITCH AND NOSED OVER. THE AIRCRAFT FLIPPED INVERTED. THE STALL WARNING HORN WAS SOUNDING DURING THE MANEUVER.
