Narrative:DURING LANDING, THE PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND THE PLANE RAN OFF THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND OVERTURNED. HE REPORTED THAT THE WINDS WERE FROM 270 DEGREES AT 25 GUSTING 40 KNOTS.
