Narrative:WHEN THE PILOT ARRIVED AT HIS DESTINATION, HE LANDED ON AN ICY RUNWAY. NEAR THE END OF HIS LANDING ROLL, THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A RUT AND VEERED INTO A SNOWBANK BESIDE THE RUNWAY. THE WIND WAS LIGHT AND VARIABLE.
