Narrative:THE PILOT ATTEMPTED A LANDING ON A ROUGH GRASS STRIP BETWEEN TWO HILLS. GROUND TURBULENCE WAS ENCOUNTERED AND THE AIRCRAFT STALLED. THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AND WHEN THE PILOT ATTEMPTED A POWER RECOVERY HE COLLIDED WITH A FENCE.
