Narrative:WHILE TAXIING TO THE RAMP AFTER LANDING THE WIND CAUGHT THE RIGHT WING AND TURNED THE AIRCRAFT OVER ON ITS BACK. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE WIND WAS GUSTING UP TO 70 KNOTS.
