THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE THE PILOT WAS PERFORMING A LOW ALTITUDE PASS, ABOUT 100 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND, OVER THE RUNWAY. THE FLIGHT WAS BEING VIDEOTAPED BY A FRIEND OF THE PILOT.
