Narrative:
A Royal Malaysian Navy Eurocopter AS 555SN Fennec, operated by 502 Skuadron, and a Royal Malaysian AgustaWestland AW139 M503-3, operated by 503 Skuadron, were practising for next week’s Navy Day and experienced a mid-air collision over Lumut NAS (WMLH), Lumut, Perak, and crashed near a swimming pool.
The three occupants of the Fennec and the seven occupants of the AW139 perished and both helicopters were destroyed.
