A Westair Aviation Ltd Reims-Cessna F406 Caravan II crashed in the suburb Pioneerspark, Windhoek, during an attempted return to Eros Airport (ERS/FYWE), Windhoek.
The two pilots and an aircraft mechanic, who were carrying out a maintenance test flight, perished and the aircraft was destroyed by a post impact fire.
