Narrative:THE ACCIDENT AIRPLANE WAS OBSERVED TO PITCH UP, THEN PITCH OVER, ROTATE ON QUARTER TURN TO THE RIGHT AND DESCEND VERTICALLY INTO THE GROUND. NO MECHANICAL DEFECTS WERE DISCOVERED IN THE AIRFRAME OR POWERPLANT.
Probable Cause: THE PILOT INADVERTENTLY STALLING THE AIRPLANE.
