Narrative:
THE HELICOPTER LANDED ON THE MORRED TUNA BOAT. AFTER TOUDHDOWN THE HELICOPTER APPEARED TO BE REPOSITIONING ITSELF WHEN THE MAIN ROTOR BLADES CONTACTED THE BOOM PORTION OF A CRANE WHICH WAS BEING UTILIZED TO LOAD BAGS OF SALT ABOARD THE BOAT. CAUSE:
