Narrative:AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH TERRAIN AFTER TAILBOOM STRUCTURE FAILED BECAUSE OF INTERNAL CORROSION. THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT REGISTERED AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT AND THE PILOT/OPERATOR FAILED TO ASSURE THAT PROPER OR TIMELY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE WAS PERFORMED ON THE AIRCRAFT. CAUSE:
