Narrative:Ex-USAF 78-0127, delivered 7 February 1980. Written off 18 October 1989: During a formation flight with F-16 FA-54, both aircraft crashed into a hill at Kırkağaç, district of Manisa Province in the Aegean region of Western Turkey, during the landing procedure for Balikesir Air Base, in Western Turkey. The pilot, Kapt.vl.Guy De Walsche, was not able to eject and was killed.
