1952-05-00: taken on charge by the Belgian Air Force
1954-05-14: at Flavion Cat.5, during an overshoot flames were noted coming out of the "tail-pipe"
The pilot dropped his wing-tanks and ejected but the pilot was unfortunately killed
as the ejection occurred at too low altitude for his parachute to open completely
pilot: Sgt-Vl Straetemans Louis killed, 2 Wing 1 Squadron
