Mosquito KB476/W: Took off at 18:38 hrs for a Night bombing mission to Berlin. 13/03/1945
Reported to have crash-landed 23:36 hrs at Hulten (Noord-Brabant) and quite close to the airfield at Gilze-Rijen. Lost port engine over Berlin, believed from flak. Returned on one engine to Brussels area, and crash landed at B.77 Gilze Rijen.
