Narrative:While engaged in an escort flight operation to Arnhem, the aircraft was hit by Flak and crashed.
The Polish pilot, Sgt. T. Jankowski, did not survive and was buried at Jutphaas but now rests at the Breda Polish War Cemetery, Noord-Brabant.
