Narrative:Fighter Squadron Two, NAS Oceana, VA Failed to return to the ship while on a routine training mission. Pilot Lt. Cmdr. Robert Wayne Sides and Radar Intercept Officer Lt. Richard Stephen Pugh both declared missing presumed dead.
