OBSERVACIONES: El piloto entro al hangar, con la aeronave fuera de control e impacto con 6 aeronaves, destruyó la flota aérea militar Venezolana. Hay problemas en ubicar la fecha precisa de este accidente, pues en un libro figura que ocurrió el 21-05-1921 (Pacanis), en otro habla de 1923 (Gómez), sin embargo la misión francesa que entrenaba a nuestros pilotos se retiro de Venezuela por este accidente, hecho que ocurrió el 08-01-1923, por ello presumimos que el accidente debió ser en 1922 a finales. Nave N° 1 de 7 involucradas en este accidente.
