Narrative:
Ex D-1139, then BGA 5111; to G-CKHT 31.08.2006. The glider collided in mid air with RAF Tutor aircraft G-BYXR on 14.06.2009. The occupants of the Tutor were fatally injured, the glider crashed inverted into a field at Sutton Countenay, near Drayton, Oxfordshire.

The pilot of the glider - named in a BBC report as Albert Freeborn, aged 29, from Porchester, Hampshire, parachuted to safety
