Narrative:THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH THE WIND TETRAHEDRON DURING LANDING. THE PLT STATED HE LANDED ON THE GRASS PARRLLEL TO RWY 22 AND A COMBINATION OF LANDING LONG AND GROUND EFFECT CAUSED HIM TO HIT THE TELRAHEDRON.
