THE SAILPLANE LOST LIFT AND DURING A FORCED LANDING WIRES WERE SPOTTED ON THE APPROACH. IN ATTEMPTING TO FLY UNDER THE WIRES THE ACFT WAS FLOWN INTO AN EMBANKMENT.
