Narrative:THE GLIDER LANDED SHORT OF THE RWY HITTING A ROUGH HUMP WHICH WAS AN OLD FENCE LINE. THE GLIDER BOUNCED & LANDED HARD ON THE RWY. THE PAX WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR 4 DAYS FOR OBSERVATION & TREATMENT.
