Mosquito HR211/T: Took off at 19:09 hrs for training flight. 27/10/1944
HR211 flown by Lt. Christie acting as the target during a practice attack was hit by PZ178 flown by F/L Curd. Mosquito HR211 lost part of a wingtip and crash landed in a field near RAF Little Snoring.
The plane overshot emergency landing and hit hedge RAF Little Snoring.
