Narrative:
The aircraft impacted a mountainside at 4000 feet in IMC.

PROBABLE CAUSE:
DURING A DAYTIME FLIGHT, WHEN THE PILOT LEFT THE VISUAL FLIGHT CONDITIONS DUE TO INADEQUATE AND INCORRECT HEIGHT CALCULATION WITH RESPECT TO GROUND ELEVATIONS, IMPACT OF THE AIRCRAFT AGAINST A HILLSIDE RESULTING IN ITS DESTRUCTION

1 INADEQUATE FLIGHT PLANNING BY THE PILOT
2 LACK OF VOR / DME EQUIPMENT ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT
3 INCORRECT USE OF GPS SATELLITE NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT.
