Narrative:
Accident/incident investigated by TAIC NZ. Pilot: Martin Nicholas De Jong. On approach to Rarotonga, most of undercarriage would not lower. Wheels-up landing selected, resulting in damage to fuselage, flaps and propellors. Two persons on board unhurt.
